A woman’s health and wellbeing (or lack of ) often goes hand in hand with hormones and levels of these will be influenced by emotional state, weight,  contraceptive method, sexual health , fertility , pregnancies, motherhood, time of life, carer role.There are certain times of life where this can present more of a challenge and can then manifest in a variety of ways:

Menstrual cycle disorders: heavy, painful, irregular, PMT/PMS

Relationship difficulties 

Chronic pelvic pain or painful bladder syndrome 

Low libido

Menopause/perimenopause manifesting as emotional vulnerability/brain fog/exhaustion/joint pains.
